Hey - I live in sc, and our public school system is among the worst in the country. All the money poured into it is doing NO GOOD. I evaluate HS transcripts for a living (for incoming students to a university) I can tell you first hand that many of the students attending private schools are getting a far better education than most in the public school system. So - private vouchers is a good idea. If the SC school system sees its free money going away, maybe some people will get their act together and create real reform. Then they will get their students and their money back.

Joy, you idiot, no one knows better than the glorious State of South Carolina what’s best for the children. If you weren’t a drooling right-wing imbicile you would know this already. Please, turn off your computer, pay your taxes, and stop talking about this “reform” non-sense.
All we need to do is spend more money. The way I see it, we have about a 50% graduation rate, so in other words, we are batting .500!!!! That’s pretty awesome.
I hope your mind isn’t so far closed that you can’t see how dangerous school vouchers are. All of the news stories and scientific studies that show how the radical social experiment known as “school vouchers” are succeeding every single place they’ve been tried, are Republican lies and propoganda!!!!
